Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using the website at ocl-logic-r15k.vercel.app, the OCL Logicapplication, or any associated APIs and client portals (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use OCL Logic.

OCL Logic provides automated client deliverable publishing, Slack integration, secure time-limited download link generation, and audit logging services.

Trial workspaces include a maximum upload size of 20 MB per file and 1 GB of total workspace storage. Pro workspaces include a maximum upload size of 80 MB per file and 10 GB of total workspace storage, shared across unlimited client portals.

Available portal expiry presets are 7 Days, 14 Days, 30 Days, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 1 Year. Deleting a portal is permanent: its stored files are removed and the associated workspace storage quota is restored immediately. Portal deletion cannot be undone.

To be eligible to use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
• Not be barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdictions.
• Maintain an active, authorized account on Slack or supported third-party identity platforms.

When connecting OCL Logic to your Slack workspace or cloud storage providers, you grant OCL Logic the necessary permissions to read workspace metadata, receive webhooks, verify signatures, and generate secure client access URLs strictly to perform requested functionality.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace admin tokens, API keys, and credential access. Any action conducted under your authenticated workspace or account will be deemed your responsibility. You agree to notify OCL Logic immediately at ocllogic.help@proton.me if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.

You agree to use OCL Logic exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You explicitly agree NOT to:

Ownership of Platform: All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to OCL Logic, including software code, UI designs, brand marks, logos, and technical documentation at ocl-logic-r15k.vercel.app, remain the exclusive property of OCL Logic.

Ownership of User Content: You retain full ownership of all files, deliverables, logos, and data you transfer through OCL Logic. We claim no intellectual property rights over the client assets you host or distribute via our platform.

Certain features of OCL Logic are offered under paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account on a recurring basis.

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Price changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days prior notice via email or website announcements.

You may cancel your subscription or stop using OCL Logic at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OCL Logic immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive practices.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OCL Logic, its operators, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of OCL Logic, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in India. You hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of OCL Logic after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
