We collect information directly from you, automatically through your interaction with OCL Logic, and via connected third-party platforms such as Slack.
Slack User IDs, Team IDs, channel metadata, user display names, and email addresses provided during workspace authorization.
File names, file sizes, MIME types, upload timestamps, download click counts, and time-limited signed token records.
IP address, user-agent strings, request headers, error logs, and performance diagnostics collected when pages at ocl-logic-r15k.vercel.app are visited.
Support requests, feedback submissions, and communications sent to our official support channel at ocllogic.help@proton.me.
Client IP addresses, user agents, and download timestamps are collected strictly to provide agency owners with verifiable proof-of-delivery records.
02How We Use Your Information
Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational, security, and service delivery purposes:
- Service Operation: Authenticating Slack webhooks via HMAC-SHA256 signature verification, rendering client portals, and generating 60-second time-limited signed download URLs.
- Usage Analytics & Quotas: Tracking download activity and enforcing fair-use rate limits or subscription tier quotas.
- Customer Support: Diagnosing delivery failures, responding to inquiries at ocllogic.help@proton.me, and resolving technical issues.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: Detecting unauthorized access attempts, preventing link scraping, and enforcing compliance with our Terms of Service.
03Data Sharing, Payment Gateways & Infrastructure
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or uploaded file contents to advertisers or third parties.
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. To provide the Service at ocl-logic-r15k.vercel.app, we rely on trusted infrastructure providers bound by strict confidentiality and data protection standards:
OCL Logic never stores, processes, or retains payment card details. All payment transactions are handled securely by Razorpay in full compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
04Data Security & Storage Controls
All data transmitted between your browser, Slack, and OCL Logic at ocl-logic-r15k.vercel.app is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Stored database entries and client asset files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
Deliverable download links generated by OCL Logic use short-lived, signed tokens with automatic 60-second expiration to prevent unauthorized hotlinking or public exposure of your assets.
Trial workspaces are limited to 20 MB per file and 1 GB of total workspace storage. Pro workspaces are limited to 80 MB per file and 10 GB of total storage shared across unlimited portals. Portal access can be configured for 7 Days, 14 Days, 30 Days, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year.
When a workspace administrator deletes a portal, its stored files are permanently removed and the associated storage quota is restored immediately. This deletion cannot be undone.
06Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under applicable privacy legislation (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and relevant global standards):
- Right to Access: Request copies of the personal data we hold about you or your workspace.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your workspace record and deliverable metadata.
- Right to Revoke Integration: Uninstall the OCL Logic application from your Slack workspace at any time.

07Data Retention & International Transfers
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. When a Slack integration is removed and an account is closed, metadata is purged or anonymized within 30 days.
OCL Logic is headquartered in India. Your information may be stored and processed in global cloud data centers provided by Supabase and Vercel. We ensure all cross-border transfers satisfy recognized legal safeguards.
