01Subscription Billing & RBI Gateways
OCL Logic provides digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription plans at ocl-logic-r15k.vercel.app. Services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
02Strict No-Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
Due to the immediate provisioning of digital infrastructure, Slack app integration, and server bandwidth allocations upon subscription activation, ALL PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTION FEES MADE TO OCL Logic ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not issue pro-rated refunds, store credits, or partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle after an account upgrade or payment processing.
03Cancel Anytime for Future Billing Cycles
While past charges are strictly non-refundable, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated renewals:
- Log in to your account dashboard on ocl-logic-r15k.vercel.app or your Slack app settings.
- Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions and click Cancel Subscription.
- Alternatively, send a cancellation request via email to ocllogic.help@proton.me at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your paid OCL Logic plan features until the end of your current prepaid billing period. No further charges will be billed to your account.
04Billing Errors & Gateway Duplications
In the rare event of a technical billing error (such as a duplicate transaction charge caused by payment gateway processing issues), please contact our billing team at ocllogic.help@proton.me within 7 days of the transaction. Verified duplicate charges will be promptly refunded through Razorpay.
05Chargebacks & Direct Resolution
If you experience any billing concerns, please contact us directly at ocllogic.help@proton.me before initiating a payment dispute with your card issuer or bank in Rourkela, Odisha, India.
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks without contacting support first will lead to immediate revocation of your OCL Logic account access and Slack integration privileges.
